The Office of Communications invites you to join the Poster Club. Come by the office, MSB B.340, to receive your frequent poster printing card – for every 5 posters purchased, the sixth one is free (3’x5’ poster print, or equal value to paid posters).
The card has no cash value.
No-no’s
In Microsoft PowerPoint, please do not use the transparency function and refrain from using the MS PowerPoint automatic drop shadow on your poster. This can result in printing problems.
Poster for Life
To increase the lifetime of your poster, plan on having it laminated. Otherwise, the colors will fade after time.

The Proof is in...
Every poster job comes with a smaller proof for editing and checking colors, fonts, and images. Your approval on the proof is required before the big printing can begin.
You need it when?
Clients requesting posters with less than a two-working-day turnaround will be charged the cost of the poster plus 50%.
