Requirements for Department Pages

The following items are required on Tier 3 pages, which is defined here as all Department/Division and Center Pages:

an approved UTHSC-H logo

a text-based link to UTHSC-H

page title within the HTML <title> tag

information denoting the department, division, unit or group name

copyright © notice with identification affiliation

'date last modified' appears on any time-sensitive material

conforms to ADA Priority 1 requirements

University defined meta tags

link to division / department / school’s home page

link to site's publisher contacting & reporting problems
