Click on this link (outlookSig-UT-HSC.html) to open up the signature file in a web browser. Once the web page is open click once anywhere in a blank area on the page, then hit CTRL-A on your keyboard to select the entire page (highlighted in blue above). Now hit CTRL-C on your keyboard to copy the page to your clipboard. You will be pasting this page in a later step.
From the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Mail Format tab. Click on Signatures to bring up the Signatures and Stationary dialog box.
Click on New to create a new signature, then enter a name for your new signature in the box.
With your new signature selected, click in the blank body area, then hit CTRL-V to paste in the signature page you copied in Step 1.
Once you've pasted the signature in, you may now begin typing in your information over the existing text.
Save any changes you make, then select which signatures you want to appear when you make a new email, or when you reply to one. After you make your selections, click the OK button. Your new signature is now ready to use in your emails.
