Give one, give all

Donors sign up to give blood marrow, and volunteers like Dr. Daniel Felleman donate double red blood cells as Troy Smith, a phlebotomist at The Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center, checks on his progress during the Medical School’s annual Sept. 11 blood drive. Seventy-nine donors participated at the blood drive, and as many as 195 lives were touched by the donations.
