Short term lease that ends at the beginning of August. I live in a 4/2.5 single family home that is 15 minutes from the medical center (I work at MD Anderson so I know the timing for sure). You could have the master with private bath, as well as the upstairs living area for $662.50 plus utilities. The house is very energy efficient and utilities are very low. Amenities include gas stove, full size washer and dryer, wi-fi, and garage space. The master is very spacious, walk in closet, bathroom has double sinks and separte shower and tub.
