Residency Training Program
The three-year Family Medicine Residency
Program offers training for family physicians who want to assume
responsibility for the total health care of individuals and families.
The Family Medicine
Residency offers you: a comprehensive education emphasizing the management
and treatment of common problems encountered by family physicians;
an emphasis on treating the whole patient and their family on an ongoing
basis; and
a supportive environment with a well-rounded faculty. The program
fulfills the training requirements of the American Board of Family Medicine
and is fully accredited by The Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical
Education
(ACGME). You
will
be eligible to
take the
American
Board of Family Medicine examination upon completion of the residency.
