The Medical School's Conference Operations office schedules institutional classroom space and facilitates the use of those rooms through the provision of audio/video support. Institutional classroom spaces are non-departmental meeting areas, which are scheduled by divisions of the Office of Administration. Mission and Vision Statements Mission The mission of the Conference Operations department of the University of Texas Medical School at Houston is to provide space with advanced audio visual equipment in our building to promote higher education opportunities for lectures to medical students, health science professionals and staff. Vision Innovation and customer service above all in the pursuit to provide opportunities through advanced audio visual equipment using the most current technologies available for greater teaching opportunities to enhance our quest for excellence in education, research and clinical service.
