Welcome!
Dear Friends,
I joined the staff of the Office of Alumni Relations in November 2011 and I’m looking forward to working with the Alumni Association’s Board of Trustees to bring you the kind of activities and information that will keep you informed and excited about your alma mater and its future.
We understand that many of you are busy, but we encourage you to remain active and involved with UTMSH and the Alumni Association. Over the next few months, I will gather information from various people to gain a historical perspective about the UTMSH Alumni Association. After careful assessment, I hope to work with our Board of Trustees, key leaders at UTMSH, our staff, and with you to do what is needed to take the Alumni Association to another level of service.
We are going to start by getting more information on the website so that this can be a central location for you to get valuable information about upcoming events, re-connect with your classmates, and volunteer to participate in student-focused programs. We need all the help you can give us in this effort. In the meantime, please save the date for our Reunion Weekend, June 22–23, 2012. All alumni are invited to attend this special occasion.
