
20th Annual Cardiology Forum set for Feb. 13
The Medical School, in collaboration with the American Heart Association and The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, will host the 20th annual Preventive Cardiology Forum Feb. 13 in MSB 3.001.
Six healthcare providers will offer new insight regarding prevention of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer. The free conference, which is from 7:30 a.m. to 1:20 p.m., is designed to provide current and accurate information regarding the efficacy of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment in patients with diabetes and cancer.
